The GE Fanuc 6234BP10910 counter block is designed to be a high-speed counter block that can handle several different industrial applications. Some of the applications that this high-speed counter block is best equipped to handle include turbine flowmeter, velocity measurement, meter proving, material handling, process control, and motion control applications. The 6234BP10910 high-speed counter block can process rapid pulse signals that have ratings of up to 200 kilohertz. It is configurable by the operators and it is designed to be a self-contained block. It can operate at either 115 Volts AC or 10 to 30 Volts DC. When the 6234BP10910 high-speed counter block is operating on 115 Volts AC power, the DC power can be connected to it as a backup power source and it can take over if the AC power fails.
The GE Fanuc 6234BP10910 high-speed counter block can provide a high-speed application with 1, 2, or 4 counters at a time, and these counters will all have different levels of complexity. It does not need to communicate with a CPU when it operates because it comes with its own microprocessor and communications devices and it can count and provide outputs on its own. The 6234BP10910 high-speed counter block can operate in a temperature range from 32 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit or 0 to 60 degrees Celsius and it can be stored in a temperature range from -40 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit or -40 to 100 degrees Celsius. It operates at 47 to 63 Hertz frequency when it uses AC voltage and it has a 10% ripple when it uses DC voltage.
