Genius Communications Interface for GE AF-300E
The HE300GEN100 interface is manufactured by Horner Electric as a Genius PLC communications interface for the GE Fanuc Series 6 AF-300E device which allows for the exchange of data between peripheral devices and a microprocessor. It is compatible with the 351 CPU and it can be configured to operate with the PBM100. It uses transmitters and receivers that are only half-duplex devices in Non-Return-To-Zero (NRTZ) operation simultaneously, which allows for the high-speed data to be programmed. It supports the Auto MDI/MDI-X feature to enable crossover cable twisting. It meets the communication standards of Ethernet 10-100 base TX auto-negotiation. When the factory setting is disabled, the DHCP functionality picks up immediately by requesting an IP address from the server, and if even this fails, the server IP address in the 3D camera can be utilized. The ability to use the power supply again when the 3D camera is restarted makes the HE300GEN100 interface ideal for modifying network settings remotely. The HE300GEN100 interface handles the communication between the 3D camera and the host.
The newest Horner Electric HE300GEN100 communication interface can dissipate infrared LED modulated radiation into space to send out semi-dimensional point image data. The return value is 1 if the operation is successful and it is 0 when the operation fails. The emission frequency is 10 Hertz at value 0 on the TCS_LED clock while it is 10.1 MHz when the value is 1 on the clock. The device is incorporated with an automatic power control functionality, which prevents the interface from overheating because of the heat generated by the LED, and this functionality is included in the camera settings. It has a temperature monitoring mode which checks the temperature sensors, and when the temperature gets to 80 degrees Celsius, the high temperature indicators are activated, and at 85 degrees Celsius, the software stops measuring and shuts off.
