The IC694MDL740 is a 16-Point, 12/24 volt DC, 0.5 Amp, Positive Logic, Output module from the GE Fanuc RX3i Series.  This module provides 16 output points in 2 groups of eight.  See specifications for this unit on IC694MDL740's website page.

The GE Fanuc IC694MDL740 output module is manufactured as a member of the GE Fanuc RX3i PACSystems series to be connected to an RX3i PACSystems PLC or programmable logic controller system. This output module has 16 outputs that are arranged into 2 groups that contain 8 outputs each. All of the output points have LED status indicators that light up when their corresponding output points are powered on. This output module is a positive logic output module. When it is installed in the RX3i PACSystems PLC, the IC694MDL740 output module draws its power from the PLC backplane that it is installed in. It only needs 5 Volts DC of voltage from the backplane bus in order to operate, and it draws 110 milliamps of current from the backplane at this voltage level.

 

The GE Fanuc IC694MDL740 16-point positive logic output module is a low-voltage output module. It is clearly identified as a low-voltage output module by its blue label. The IC694MDL740 low-voltage output module should not be used with high-voltage devices since this may cause damage to it or the high-voltage devices, or the IC694MDL740 module will simply be unable to function or communicate with these devices. This module’s operating voltage range is from 12 to 24 Volts DC, and its isolation voltage rating is 250 Volts AC for continuous isolation, but the isolation voltage rating can also reach as high as 1500 Volts AC for 1 minute. The IC694MDL740 output module can be mounted in any empty I/O slot in any rack within the RX3i PACSystems PLC.
