The GE Fanuc IC670MDL640 discrete input module is a member of the GE Field Control I/O module series. This module is a positive/negative input module designed to offer 16 separate inputs driven by negative or positive logic. It has a voltage rating of 24 Volts DC and an input voltage ranging from 0 to 30 Volts DC. At 24 Volts DC, this module has a user input current of 7.5 milliamps per point. Other notable input characteristics include an on-state current of 3.0 to 8 milliamps and an off-state current of 0 to 1.5 milliamps. It has an on and off response time of 6 milliseconds (typical) and 10 milliseconds (maximum). The GE Fanuc IC670MDL640 discrete input module features 1 LED indicator per input point to show the status of the individual input points.
