Technical Information

The 720-91RR0 camera is a vision camera manufactured by DVT. It comes with a smart image sensor. This image sensing camera is mostly used in industrial automation applications for parameter measurements, detecting the presence and absence of parts, code reading, and machine inspection applications. The sensor then processes this information and evaluates it according to the user-defined rules. The 720-91RR0 vision camera is able to capture an image with a resolution of 640 columns and 240 rows of pixels for a total of 300,000 pixels. This information can be sent to a PLC for further processing. This camera sensor is powered with a 24 Volts DC source. It comes with 8 configurable input and outputs, NPN inputs, PNP outputs, and active high signals. The input of the image sensor can sink up to 1.5 milliamps of current and the output can handle 50 milliamps maximum current. 

 

The operating temperature of the DVT 720-91RR0 vision camera is between 0 and 45 degrees Celsius in an environment with moderate levels of non-condensing relative humidity. The DVT 720-91RR0 vision camera has LED indicators on the side that indicate different events, including “READY,” “PASS,” and “FAIL” events. The LED indicators illuminate when the sensor is ready if the process is a “PASS” or “FAIL” event. The vision camera has an electronic shuttering exposure time of 10 us to 1 second. The optics of the camera can be mounted by using a C mounting base. The 720-91RR0 vision camera is equipped with a high speed processor that can process delicate inspections at a very high speed. The vision camera is equipped with an RJ 45 connector for Ethernet communication. The 720-91RR0 camera is CT certified.
